There’s nothing like holidays but sometimes, you have to get through some hard moments before arriving to destination. Well, especially if you’ve got some little angels to entertain in the car! Sometimes they can be very hard to entertain during the trip. It’s not their fault; they have so much energy that staying seated for hours can be boring!

If your kids love Disney or epic games, they will find those two in this cute game on the Nintendo DS. This game will take your kids into their favourite Disney adventure, like Aladdin or Hercules. What’s more, the game can last up to 20 hours which should be enough for your trip!

Released in 2011, the movie Rio takes place in the wonderful Brazilian city, lit with sun and where the beaches will put your kids straight into holiday mode, wherever you might be going. The video game adaptation of Rio is obviously child-friendly too. Based on the wildly successful video game Angry Birds, Angry Birds Rio offers 90 different level chapters where your kids have to save the birds from the evil monkeys. A simple but effective game to keep them entertained.

If your children are old enough, then they’ll really enjoy Final Fantasy’s style and design. Dissidia 012 Final Fantasy was released in 2011. While the screenplay is fairly basic compared to the non-handheld versions of the game, all the previous characters of the various Final Fantasy games are gathered here to create an incredible battling game with excellent graphics.
