Seat Exeo

Seat is renowned for producing attractive, versatile and tremendously good value cars, and the Exeo is no exception. It’s the Spanish motoring manufacturer’s flagship, and is ideal for families and executives alike. With its large size, 5 seats and authoritative presence, it’s certainly easy on the eyes and is just as attractive to drive. From making a statement in the company car park to doing the weekly shop, it’s adaptable and never fails to impress.

The Exeo first went on sale in 2008 and quickly established itself as a popular alternative to the likes of Volkswagens, BMWs and Fords. The fact it’s based on an Audi A4 but costs significantly less is reason enough to buy it in the first place, but overall its one tidy package. Available in 4 door saloon and 5 door estate models, it has won several awards and can proudly take its place in one of the most competitive motoring genres.

While the A4’s influence is quite obvious to those in the know, non petrol-heads will love the Exeo’s design on its own. Sleek, slender and quite sexy, there’s no arguing with the fact this is one good looking car from the outside. Head inside and things are much the same to be honest. With quality materials, an excellent finish and loads of equipment across the different trim levels, it’s got more than enough to elevate it to greatness. It’s very comfortable to sit in and the driving position is excellent. Add a large boot and plenty of storage spaces to the mix and it becomes even better.

Seat cars have always been good to drive, and this one is no different. Featuring some confident and precise steering, the Exeo is poised on the road and certainly doesn’t lack grip in the corners. A comfortable ride and several different petrol and diesel engines give it more than enough prowess. The 2.0 turbo diesel is particularly noteworthy.

Despite being Seat’s flagship, the Exeo is comparatively well priced. Buying pre owned however gives you more scope to bag a bargain, and Motors.co.uk has a huge selection of used cars for sale to take a look at. The ideal blend of high quality and low prices mean you’ll have no trouble finding a second hand Seat Exeo that’ll make your eyes widen. Why pay full price when you can get the same thing for less here?

With the Seat Exeo then you get an Audi A4 in different clothes and for much less of the cost. It’s a fantastic family or executive car that looks great, drives superbly and is very practical. Ideal as a primary car, it’s happy cruising motorways or launching around back roads, and does it all with typical Spanish flair and panache. Ole!
