Volkswagen Polo S

The Volkswagen Polo S is positioned towards the more affordable end of the trim scale and is a great choice for people who want something that’s just a good all rounder but seriously affordable. Absolutely stylish, friendly, and decently equipped, this is a great choice for small families, commuters or people who just want something that works and doesn’t cost a fortune. Very versatile, safe, secure and reliable, it’s a clear showcase of German automotive design and engineering. What you’ll find in terms of engines are 1.2 litre petrols that have a bit of punch but plenty of fuel economy. There’s a lot to like about the Volkswagen Polo S in terms of design, particularly the curvy bodywork, sleek front end and friendly nature. The interior is well designed, nicely finished and very functional; there’s also 280 litres of boot space which keeps things very practical on a daily basis. In terms of equipment, you’ll find steel wheels, central locking, CD stereo, cloth seats, airbags, electric windows, driver assists, full size spare wheel, service indicator and plenty of media connections. Driving wise, this car performs well, has responsive steering and a nice on road balance. You’ll pay £6,000 used.
