With a solid kit list and decent on road experience, engines come in the form of 1.4 to 2.0 litre petrols, in addition to 2.0 litre diesels, so there’s no lack of fuel economy but also a hint of power. The Volkswagen Touran Sport looks great exterior wise, with plenty of shapely features and a front end that seems to grin. It definitely lives up to its name with some sporty bodywork additions too. The interior is incredibly positive, spacious, well tailored and comfortable, and everyday tasks are made super simple thanks to the 695 litre boot that’ll swallow anything offered up to it. On the equipment side of things, you’ll get alloy wheels, CD stereo, media connections, climate control, cloth sports seats, body coloured bumpers, electric windows, heated mirrors, driver assists, roof rails, remote locking, parking sensors, service indicator and much more.
