Based in Tokyo, Isuzu is one of the largest Japanese manufacturers of autos, trucks and heavy duty vehicles. Isuzu continued to manufacturer cars such as the Piaza and Aska well past the Millennium, but after demand fell drastically it saw better success with its range of SUVs. The Trooper, P’up, Amigo and Rodeo were all popular from the 1980s right through to the early 2000s.
