Some big V8 engines give it more than enough performance, and it can easily go from 0-60mph in less than 6 seconds, which is impressive for a weighty auto. It’s relaxed though and almost effortless to drive. Composed and all types of roads, there’s not much feel in terms of the handling, but it’ll go into corners quite well thanks to a shed load of driver aids and clever engineering. It’s actually a lot of fun and packs a decent enough punch.
Top end versions of the LS can easily push £100,000 to buy brand new, but would you expect anything less?
