Wrexham
Wrexham is the largest town in north Wales, and is situated in the centre of the county which bares the same name. It has a population of 43,000 and is actually the 9th largest settlement in the country as well; furthermore, it shares twin status with Iserlohn in Germany and Raciborz in Poland.
The Wrexham area has had some form of settlement for thousands of years, however the by the 18th century it had become a market town famous for leather products.
