Peugeot 307 Rapier
The Peugeot 307 Rapier sounds like an awesome car just from the name, and actually it is rather good in many other aspects too. Great to look at, easy to drive, practical, safe and good value for money, it comes in hatchback, SUV, estate and coupe models so is extremely versatile. Appealing massively to families, the Rapier is a higher end spec and is therefore decently kitted out. With masses of personality, this car just wants to get out on the road and drive, and as a result it’s very usable on a daily basis. With engines ranging from 1.4 to 2.0 litre diesels and 2.0 litre petrols, you get some ‘go’ but not a huge fuel bill.
Indeed the Peugeot 307 Rapier looks great from the outside, especially from the front, and the cabin is great too, featuring some solid materials, a great build quality and comfortable seats. Roomy enough for family use, the 341 litre boot just adds to the practicality. In terms of kit, you’ll see all the usual suspects like air con and alloys, electric windows, a good sound system, material seats and much more. A cool and confident car to get behind the wheel of, it responds well and is nicely agile, and turns its hand to any type of road, from busy streets to highways. A really great option to consider, you’ll pay £2,000 used.
