Renault Clio Initiale
A higher end model, the Renault Clio Initiale features an extensive kit list, loads of personality, a fun overall driving experience and good levels of practicality. It’s just a fantastic hatchback that’s available in 3 or 5 door versions and has masses of appeal to a range of different motorists, particularly families. Great value for money, the safety and reliability scores are right up there and as an everyday runabout it’s just fantastic. Under the bonnet you’ll find 1.6 litre petrol and 1.5 litre diesel engines, so while there’s plenty of punch, fuel economy exceptional too.
Indeed the Renault Clio Initiale features some nice modern exterior designs, with plenty of cool shapes, curves and angles, and heading inside the cabin is a nice experience too; decently spacious, finished to a good standard and very comfortable, all the right boxes are ticked. Equipment levels are generous with things like climate control, alloy wheels, electric windows, CD stereo system, leather sports seats, full airbags, remote locking, metallic paint, and even an alarm. Get out on the road and you’ll note a definite liveliness and no shortage of zip, especially around town and in the corners. It’s just superb all round and costs £8,000 used.
