The fastest Yaris is the T-Sport, which was manufactured from 2001 to 2005. The major modifications were to the body, which gives it a more sporty look, and the engine and suspension. Although it does not compare in performance to some of the speedier hatchbacks, the T-Sport can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 8.9 seconds and is good fun to drive.
