An important quality that SUVs must have is an ability to venture off road, and the XC60 certainly does. While you won’t be able to climb every mountain or ford every stream as that’s really not what it was designed for, there’s certainly enough punch in the 4 wheel drive system to get into the wild. It’s as happy cruising around town as it is rumbling along dirt tracks.
