Volkswagen Touran Sport

If you’re looking for a seven seat people carrier that’s got a lot of character, a sporty setup and plenty of interior space, the Volkswagen Touran Sport should be right up your street. It’s a seriously good choice for families thanks to the overall practicality, and what you get is something that wants to put in the extra effort to please. Absolutely safe, secure and reliable, it ticks all the right boxes and really does exactly what it says on the box. With a solid kit list and decent on road experience, engines come in the form of 1.4 to 2.0 litre petrols, in addition to 2.0 litre diesels, so there’s no lack of fuel economy but also a hint of power. The Volkswagen Touran Sport looks great exterior wise, with plenty of shapely features and a front end that seems to grin. It definitely lives up to its name with some sporty bodywork additions too. The interior is incredibly positive, spacious, well tailored and comfortable, and everyday tasks are made super simple thanks to the 695 litre boot that’ll swallow anything offered up to it. On the equipment side of things, you’ll get alloy wheels, CD stereo, media connections, climate control, cloth sports seats, body coloured bumpers, electric windows, heated mirrors, driver assists, roof rails, remote locking, parking sensors, service indicator and much more. Value for money is right there then. Driving wise, this car performs well on all types of roads with some nicely agile steering and a good balance. You’ll get one for £10,000 used.
