Ford hoped to enter the competitive small MPV market in 2012 with the release of the B-MAX, which shares its base with the Fiesta. While it had a similar style to the Fiesta, the body was taller, making it more practical and agile. After selling nearly 300,000 units during its production, Ford didn't make a second-generation model and chose to discontinue the B-MAX in 2017.

- 119bhp version reduces the 0-62mph time to 11.2 seconds and has the best petrol efficiency rating at around 57mpg.
- 1.4-litre engine outputs 89bhp, taking 13.8 seconds to hit 62mph and can achieve an efficiency rating of 47mpg.
