For this lineup, Peugeot dropped the previously available three-door hatchback, leaving only a five-door model. The carmaker also introduced an electric version with a different model name, the e-208.

Available as a three- or five-door hatchback, the first generation 208 was stylish and designed to stand out in a competitive segment.
