If you're in the market for a good-value small car that's practical enough for everyday driving, then a used Nissan Note is a great choice. While the Note is small and nimble, it provides a spacious interior for maximum comfort. There are also modern tech features and innovative safety equipment available at an affordable price.
When it was discontinued in 2017, the Note was available with two petrol engines and one diesel variant, paired to either a 5-speed manual gearbox or a CVT automatic transmission.

Interior spaceWhen it debuted in 2004, the Nissan Note was needed to fill a spot between the B- and C-segments. Two years later, it was on the roads of the UK. The second generation was unveiled in 2013 with major updates, but the Note didn't make it past the 2017 model year before it was discontinued in the UK.
The second-generation Note was revealed in 2013, using the same platform as the Micra. Not only did its appearance improve, but it also had more comfort features and extra space compared to the original models. The V-shaped front was accentuated with swept-back headlights, and an A-shaped grille was adorned with fog lights on higher trim levels.
Inside the cabin, the centre console featured an infotainment system with navigation and a touchscreen. There were also several petrol and diesel engine options at the time it was discontinued.

The Renault-Nissan Alliance was responsible for the creation of the Nissan Note with its narrow hatchback design. Early models featured a short bonnet, tall body and swept-back headlights that gave it a distinctive look. Its small, compact size made it nimble and easy to park.

Throughout its existence, Nissan offered the Note in a variety of trim levels. One of the most popular is the Tekna, which was the highest level provided. It came equipped with a variety of advanced equipment such as blind spot warning and moving object detection.

The Note was discontinued in the UK after the 2017 model year. By that point, Nissan hadn't released a hybrid variant of the Note.
