If you're in the market for a small and stylish city car, then a used VW up! is a great option. It provides highly economical motoring with no frills. Even though it's lacking many premium features, it's well-built, comfortable and is meant to last. The up! is a top choice for city travel because of the compact design and low price. When buying a used UP!, watch out for scrapes and dings from getting in and out of tight parking spaces.
