The diesel-engined are the most plentiful on the used market as some model years didn't have a petrol option. The 3.0 TDI is by far the most popular, which is a silky-smooth unit blessed with bottle ample power and decent fuel economy.
Audi currently offers the Q7 in three trims: S Line, Black Edition and Vorsprung. The S Line models have been among the most popular because of the enhanced standard features. These include leather upholstery, climate control, cruise control and lane departure warning technology.
The Q7 was built with families in mind. It can be configured with either five or seven seats, and it offers a multitude of features that matter to families. Folding down some of the seats creates a massive boot for hauling luggage or gear. With its powerful engine lineup, it's also fun to drive.

A few years ago, Audi released a hybrid model of the Q7. The TFSI e combines a 3.0-litre petrol engine with an electric motor, rated with an output of 375bhp and upward. With a full charge, this PHEV can be driven more than 25 miles on electric only.
Audi has only offered the Q7 with an automatic transmission. There wasn't a manual option, as the Q7 was focused mainly on creating a family experience.
Audi built every Q7 model with standard four-wheel drive, known as Quattro. This all-wheel drive system ensures maximum traction when driving on slippery road surfaces.
