If you're in the market for a car that's stylish, practical and spacious, then a used Mitsubishi ASX is a great choice. As the company's first compact crossover, it stands out from others on the used market because of the available four-wheel drive. The petrol engines are more popular than the diesel engines. The most recent petrol option is a 2.0-litre that produces 147bhp for a 0-60mph time of 10 seconds and is rated at 37.7mpg with CO2 emissions of 171g/km. However, on the used market, the earlier 1.6-litre is also popular with its impressive power and decent fuel economy rating of 47mpg.
Mitsubishi offered the ASX in either Dynamic or Exceed models. Before that, a number system was used, with models known as 2, 3, 4 and 5. The mid-spec 3 models were the most popular as they had upgraded features such as privacy glass, climate control and heated seats.
Customers should look out for a panoramic sunroof, which is a good upgrade for the cabin.
