Interior spaceFirst arriving in 2008, the Vauxhall Insignia was designed to usher in a period of improved design, quality and engineering for the Vauxhall brand. While a second generation of the car was launched in 2017, Vauxhall decided to discontinue production in 2022 to focus on SUVs and electric cars.
The Insignia Grand Sport was completely revised for the new generation with sporty styling and sleek, sharp lines. The front end became narrower, and the LED headlights were angled differently to create a more aggressive appearance. Vauxhall also used a longer wheelbase than with the first-generation Insignia, creating more space.
