The Giulia was produced in the 1960s and 1970s by Alfa Romeo, but this was completely different from the newer model that reemerged in 2015 as part of the company's plan to redesign the lineup. While it's still in its first generation, the Giulia did receive an important update in 2022 that added some new styling features, upgraded technology and revised powertrain options.

Petrol engines are by far the most popular, mainly because they have been offered with more Giulia models than diesel. You may opt for the tamer engine, but some prefer the high-powered Quadrifoglio.
Alfa Romeo currently offers the Giulia in three variants – Sprint, Veloce and Tributo – in addition to the Quadrifoglio performance model. The most popular among used cars is the Veloce, which comes with Ferrari-style gearshift paddles, an updated satnav system, front parking sensors and a leather interior.
Sport leather seats, which are both stylish and comfortable. We also recommend looking for the available Harman Kardon sound system.
The premium saloon was designed with families in mind. There's plenty of room to hold four adults comfortably, and the car has a decent-sized boot for carrying luggage or groceries.
Surprisingly, Alfa Romeo hasn't built the Giulia with a hybrid powertrain. The Italian company may offer one in the future, maybe when the second generation launches. Instead, only petrol and diesel engines have been available.
The Giulia has only been built with an automatic transmission, meaning it won't be possible to find a used Giulia with a manual gearbox.
