More Audi A3 Information
The A3 small hatchback has been sold in the UK since 1996 but a convertible version didn't appear here until 2008. Since then the A3 Convertible has become known as one of the best premium small convertibles on the British roads.
it's a stylish two-door, four-seat, open-top version of the small Audi. it's fun to drive and looks fantastic. The roof is made of strong fabric and raises and lowers electrically in 18 seconds and it can be operated on the road up to speeds of 31mph.
The convertible's cabin is of the highest quality, with excellent materials and a solid feel. Equipment is good too but varies considerably between the different versions so check carefully to find the model that suits you best. The S3 model is the high-performance flagship but all models have their pluses and minuses to consider.
You'll find a wide range of petrol and diesel engines available, all of them powerful and efficient units from the VW group. Note that the A3 Convertible was updated significantly in 2013 when specifications and equipment levels changed too.
