The Range Rover Sport was launched in 2005 and was given a facelift in 2009. In 2013, it was replaced by a second-generation model. All versions are British-built, five-door, luxury SUVs. The Range Rover Sports all come with four-wheel drive and are extremely accomplished at both on- and off-road travel.
The HSE's signature features include adaptive dynamics, in which the vehicle's movements are monitored so the air suspension can be constantly adjusted to create the most comfortable ride whatever the conditions.
The Range Rover rides high off the ground to enable it to cross uneven terrain. But when you park, the height is automatically lowered to make it easier to get in and out. You'll be able to appreciate the automatically self-soft-closing doors at the same time.
Standard equipment includes a superb 250-watt audio system, perforated leather seats and 14-way adjustment for the driver's seat.
The Sport HSE comes with a 3.0L V6 diesel engine with stop/start technology that helps it return more than 40mpg combined. That's pretty good for a large 130mph vehicle than can accelerate from 0-60mph in 6.8 seconds.
