But that was almost three decades ago and these days it's an excellent family car that still feels at home on the rally circuit. The Subaru Impreza ST1 is a great choice if you're on the lookout for performance, thanks to its 300bhp turbocharged engine that will take you from 0 to 62mph in just 5.2 seconds. The most recent models of the car, however, do not come with a turbo and only have the CVT automatic gearbox available.
