BMW M4

It's all about performance with the BMW M4. Introduced to replace the M3, the M4 includes a number of refinements and developments on its predecessor to create a car that's fast, practical and agile.

The M4's power comes from a mighty 3L twin turbo engine that can accelerate from 0-60mph in a little over four seconds and helps the car on its way to a top speed of 155mph. The key reason that the car is so fast is due to the extensive use of lightweight carbon fibre and aluminium for manufacturing its body.

There's a choice of a six-speed manual or seven-speed automatic gearbox and three driving modes to select from - Comfort, Sport and Sport +. As you'd expect, the most relaxing of these in terms of ride is Comfort mode.

The cabin itself is roomy with space for four adults, and the car's low centre of gravity means it's sure-footed and nimble to drive. The BMW's equipment levels are excellent, with everything from a DAB radio to Xenon lights all fitted as standard.
