At first glance, the two cars look very similar in terms of style and size. The biggest difference for the exterior is that the ID.5 has more of a coupé style roofline whilst the ID.4 is more of a classic SUV. The difference in style continues in the interior but in terms of tech, there is not much difference between the ID.4 and ID.5.
