Land Rover HSE refers to ‘High Specification Equipment’, while SE stands for ‘Standard Equipment’. HSE is a high-end trim level available on all Land Rover models. This trim package provides a more sophisticated interior that comes equipped with added technology, upgraded seats and upgraded exterior accessories such as larger wheels and chrome trim. It's usually more expensive as a result. SE on the other hand, is considered to be the base or entry-level trim package, and is cheaper to buy. While SE models are still equipped with luxurious and comfortable features, they do not have some of the extras found in the HSE trim.
