There were a variety of engine options with a used Astra GTC, with Vauxhall offering both petrol and diesel configurations, with a manual or automatic gearbox and standard front-wheel drive.

The Vauxhall Astra GTC was released in 2011 with upgraded styling over the conventional Astra lineup.
